To rent a dress, you must complete the order process on our website and provide accurate information, including delivery details. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your rental details.
We make every effort to display dresses as accurately as possible. However, minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
All rentals are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer an alternative item or a refund through bank transfer.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You are required to make payment at the time the item is delivered. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued exclusively through bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
If the delivered dress is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, you may request a return within 24 hours of receipt by contacting info@oystics.com
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer once the item has been inspected and approved. We do not provide refunds for dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring the rented item is handled with reasonable caution during the rental period. Any damage, staining, or loss of the dress may result in a charge to cover repair or replacement. We ask that dresses are returned in their original condition to help maintain our collection for future customers.
Oystics respects your privacy and manages all personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. We collect only the information necessary to process your order, arrange delivery, and communicate about your rental.
Your information is stored securely and shared only with trusted partners (such as logistics providers) for service-related purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@oystics.com
Oystics is not responsible for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or website. While we strive to ensure accurate descriptions and reliable deliveries, we cannot guarantee that every aspect of the experience will be free from errors or interruptions.
